Denver skyline — home-gym days still count as Mile High

Living-room gymnastics that won’t take out a lamp

Animal walks, wall handstands with a spotter, and a finish that is a stretch — not a backflip.

Home gymnastics is strength and play. It is not YouTube’s worst idea on hardwood. Clear a mat-sized rectangle. That’s the gym.

The circuit (12 minutes)

  1. Bear crawl to the couch and back
  2. Frog jumps, ten
  3. Wall walk toward a handstand — use a spotter, stop when arms shake
  4. Hollow hold, count of ten, twice
  5. Forward roll on a mat only

Hard no

  • Furniture as a vault
  • Beds as a tumble track
  • “Watch this” without a spotter

End with a long stretch and water. If anyone wants more, draw a floor routine on paper. The carpet is retired for the day.
